Juan Garcia, PMP

President and Founder

Juan Garcia's is a project management professional, with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, and a master's degree in systems engineering. He brings 15 years of relevant work experience leading and mentoring organizations in running their business transformations and organizational change management projects 

Juan has been part of multimillion-dollar projects campaigns in the US, Canada, and Latin America working for Fortune 500 companies and global corporations keeping an eye on organizational growth and reducing operational waste to a minimum

During his tenure years working as a maintenance manager for the Venezuelan national steel manufacturing industry, he delivered economical results while planning and leading maintenance shut down projects, redesigning equipment, simplifying maintenance processes and procedures, as well as coaching and mentoring floor personnel on their daily activities. His initiatives contributed towards the increase daily production levels from 350 tons to 500 tons of finish goods to satisfy national steel market and achieving both cost and production targets. He has being recongnized in multiple occasions by his peers and company executives for realizing the company's goals 

Juan left his homeland, Venezuela, to be part of an international career as a project management professional and as a change agent. Along his journey, he has transformed business organizations, process operations, regardless of facility complexities and locations; country's climate or economical conditions. He has brought practical business applications while running consulting projects in inhospitable places such as in the Colombian rain forest and its oil fields; or in a 1-mile-deep mine operation in Alberta, Canada. At the headquarters, he has found himself working with project sponsors, customers, and other personnel designing the next phase for projects, or providing training    

Juan has allowed businesses to save millions of dollars in various ways, from impacting the time project scope creeps, leveraging better project configurations, shortening project realization times, increasing accuracy on the decision making, and delivering massive workshops and tranining sessions to keep everyone on board with the changes while keeping the highest standards of quality and excellence
